We stay 5-night, but unfortunately, the apartment conditions did not meet the promised standards. 1. Continuous and unbearable street noise that made it impossible to sleep for five nights. 2. The TV did not work, despite several requests for assistance. 3. Extra towels and toilet paper, which were confirmed upon arrival, were never provided. 4. The hot water system required a 50-minute wait between showers, which is unacceptable for five guests. 5. The elevator was partially malfunctioning and could only be used by two people at a time. 6. The sofa in the living room was damaged and unusable, making it impossible to sit comfortably. These issues significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. We truly expected a higher standard of accommodation for the price paid. Best regards, Navon family

The only down side is the bathroom. They need to tear down and make a new one. The location was perfect and the views stunning. I call and request to clean the shower and change the liner because was very dirty.

The apartment is nice. We were a group of six and the apartment could accommodate 8 people. However the table only accommodated four people. My daughter and sister got stuck in the elevator /lift for 45 minutes upon arrival due to a malfunction. They got overheated due to no air circulation in the elevator. The elevator technician took 40 minutes to arrive. I was very upset. They promised compensation for inconvenience but that never happened. The apartment manager was very cold to us after this incident which was not our fault. Even though you sign a form of no partying, several groups of young men blasted music during the hours permitted and literally danced on the balcony as if at a bar. We were on a family vacation and thought this would not be the case here. Couldn't enjoy balcony unless you wanted to watch young men bump and grind dancing 😩 The area the apartment is in offers everything one could need from great shopping, tourism office, metro, bus, taxi stands, quick shopping for groceries and convince to all points of interest. I usually use a company called Numa Versa apartments. Which we have loved but couldn'tbook this trip due to not be available. This apartment air-conditioning did NOT keep bedrooms at comfortable temperature. It does have all things needed in the kitchen and a very adequate fridge with nice freezer. Shower has good water pressure. Rooms are nicely sized. Very good space accommodation.

Everthing worked. The washer dryer is a all-in-one unit. Never used before, would be helpful to have directions for people fron usa. Allow 3-4 hours to dry a load.

The apartment suffers with leaks when it rains. The blind fell down in the middle of the night and the drops coming through caused a sleepless night for some. They are obviously aware as they said it had happened before, but no apology offered, which I found bizarre. En suite bedroom has had issue with a leak also as the floor is bowed and soft. Lovely apartment and comfortable but wouldn’t stay again or recommend, due to the blaze attitude of the owners and the noise from the street (old windows) which was loud.

Attention and communication was good from staff. Convenient location, walking distance near main sites. Street noise could be heard in the master room. Construction next door. Place is modern but a bit run down because of use. Sofa could use an upgrade as you can’t sit straight.

The staff was very helpful, they responded to our request quickly. The location of the apartment was great. Some home appliances were difficult to use and the laundry machine and Induction cooktop sometime didn't work. Except for that, it was a great experience to stay.

Fantastic location in historic building about one city Avenue away from main Plaza, Catalunya-Wonderful welcoming from very helpful KAISHA SHE WAS BEYOND AMAZING GAVE IDEAS ABOUT EVERYTHING MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT IN THE APARTMENT WALKED US THROUGH EVERYTHING IN THE APARTMENT BEFORE SHE LEFT, GIVING US THE KEYS IN PERSON, SUCH EASY CHECK-IN AND ABSOLUTE PLEASURE AND CHANGE IN THE BESTWAY FROM EVERYTHING WE HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING OTHER PLACES SHE SET US UP FOR A WONDERFUL STAY COMFORTABLE, CLEAN PERFECT LOCATION!

I liked the location of the property, downtown area. The suite was comfortable enough, big windows and nice layout and view. But the sewage smell that emanated from the bathroom drain made it almost impossible to live inside. We opened the windows, but the smell was too strong. There was no help with towels, changing bed sheets. Overall I will not recommend it to anyone, mostly because of the sewage smell.

The property has a great location. Walking distance to Las Ramblas and shopping. Lots of eating options too. The property was great for our family of four but we would have been equally as comfortable if there were six of us. The communication was excellent via email and text to get access to the apartment. We would highly recommend the apartment.

I would prefer a less noisy location. the street below was noisy with traffic and people. I could hear the metro below the building. The location was great, though. The check in process was efficient and I was allowed to stay after check out.
