Good location right next to the metro. 12€ cab to the beach. The room has almost everything you would need. Alex, the property manager, is fantastic. He’s very friendly, has great communication and provides great recommendations around the area. Quite clean (although there was a cheetoh stain on the pullout bed sheet) and it was a bit dusty in areas. Could improve by providing soap in the bathroom to wash hands (there is soap in the kitchen, but not very hygienic to have to open the bathroom door before washing hands). Also a bit odd that there are 4 single beds and no double beds for couples but it was as advertised, so not really complaining more just to point that out (you can’t push them together too well because of their frames). The pullout bed in the couch is broken as it detaches from the couch when you pull it out, but it still functions as intended once setup.
