Stayed there with my son to watch Barcelona play Athletico Madrid. Nou camp literally 5 mins walk down the road. Plenty of shops- cafes - and macdonalds or KFC if you prefer. We stayed 2 nights just to watch football but if you want to visit Barcelona Centre your metro away which takes 9 mins and cost 3 euro. Back to hotel deffo stay there again with lovely staff.

Room very nice, and bathroom. I liked the bath. Window in bedroom didn't open, I don't think. I would have liked fresh air. Staff attentive and helpful. Spa closed. This was a shame. Ĺocation okay. Not far from Collblanc Metro.

Excellent cleaner of our room - beautifully clean and tidy. Excellent position for the EHL hockey tournament, easy to walk to matches but also to catch the metro into centre of Barcelona.

Clean room, beautiful hotel, terrific staff, good restaurants, quiet area, close to 2 subway stops. Downsides; had to call almost everyday to get coffee for the Nespresso machine. Left tips, polite notes for housekeeping, to no avail. I don’t eat breakfast, just like to have coffee in room. It would be brought up promptly after a phone call though. Elevators: sometimes 1 or 2 of the 3 elevators weren’t working.

I would like to share my concern regarding an incident that occurred during my recent stay. While most of the staff were courteous and helpful, I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with one staff member named John. John spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, which was unexpected and disappointing. More seriously, he made comments about my race that were discriminatory and biased. This made me feel unwelcome and disrespected during my stay. I believe every guest deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of background. I hope the management will look into this matter seriously to ensure that no other guest has a similar experience. Thank you for your attention to this important issue.
