Our room was incredibly small, like an afterthought. It was also very cold, which we were told was a complaint from a previous guest! There were no chairs to sit on, no vanity and the light in the bathroom was overhead, making it difficult to shave or apply makeup. There was no facial tissue, no bar soap or body lotion. The shampoo was terrible as was the body wash. One small garbage can in the bathroom. Decor was drab, dated. On another note, the bed was comfortable. The reception staff, Alex, Marcelle, Karen, others in reception and the breakfast room staff were AMAZING!! They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of ❤️

Brilliant location a short walk from the popular sight seeing points of Barcelona. The staff were so kind and recommended local restaurants to visit which was brilliant. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel closed down the A/C for the entire hotel because it was cold outside. And it wasn't that cold throughout my stay in BCN. The hotel had the A/C closed and for last 3 nights, it was miserable for me and my pregnant wife We were in sweat, didn't get enough sleep and hotel didn't open the A/C

Everything was great until the last night when the host did not respond to my requests, face to face. After a few hours, I got up in the middle of the night and went down. There was another host who was anble to take care of my needs.

Room was nice, quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. Very close to La Rambla. Fantastic breakfast, tasty and plenty of choice. I have visited Barcelona several times and I would definitely stay here again if I return.
