Hotel was in the heart of everything of everything. The only complaint I have was the air conditioner was not keeping it cool enough in the room. The staff was great. The room was clean. I would stay here again if I came back.

Fabulous location and spacious rooms. Perfect place to stay for a few days. Our room had a balcony that looked out not only La Rambas but also the Market. I was concerned about noise - it was fine. Didn’t have breakfast here - no need when the market is on your door step. Metro is right outside the door making trips to various places easier with children. Would recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice hotel in excellent location. The staff are extremely accommodating, and I have no complaints. I wish there was coffee in the room, but the property is adjacent to La Boqueria so coffee is nearby. I like that the heating worked, and wasn’t automatically controlled by the Hotel. I also liked that there was a working safe in the room. It was very, very quiet, and I was happy there. I will stay here again the front desk staff upon check-in was as nice as she could be.

The only downside was the construction on the boulevard, which started early in the morning and disturbed my sleep. The hotel was clean, and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was an additional fee.

Hotel refused to modify the reservation despite Request from Hotels.com. Had medical emergency but didn’t matter to hotel. Make certain you have insurance which was my fault. They show no mercy,only focused on the bottom line. Buyer beware!

Room was "European " small, but updated, clean & comfortable. Construction on the street was a little loud, but not a problem. The location was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.
