Excellent location! Apartment was exactly how it was listed. We really only used it for cleaning up and sleeping for a couple of nights while we made busy for 3 days in the area before out cruise. We had 4 adults and 1- 6 yr old. We had plenty of room, great hot water & pressure and beds were comfortable. We felt very safe in the neighborhood area and the square was full of locals & families most of the day. The prices on food and items around the square were very cheap/reasonable being out of the touristy areas but yet close to walk to touristy spots. One of our favorite restaurants was in the same building, the Curuba Cafe! We had coffee and snacks multiple times. Very good and great value for the . Although they did not sell alcohol, we could buy it "take away" from neighbor restaurant to eat with our food from Curuba. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again ourselves.
