It's a tale of 3 rooms ! our first room, 261, was excellent, quiet, warm, smallish but fine for 2 nights pre-cruise.... 11 days later we returned, and the next room, 850, was nice EXCEPT it backed onto a service elevator and made noise all day and mort of the night ! the hotel immediately moved us to a new room, 805 as soon as we commented.... The hotel itself is fantastic, old world charm, very good location near restaurants and tourist spots, and the staff are the best we've ever experienced ! Bags immediately taken to our room, doors opened, very helpful.... yet the price is about average for numerous other hotels in the area... I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and attentive service! The room was immaculate and well appointed. It actually had plenty of outlets which is not always true of hotels, especially in Europe. The location is central and convenient. We will definitely be back- I was sad we only had a one night stay.

One of the best hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is super professional and they’re willing to walk the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Location is everything. The hotel is luxurious. The room is extremely spacious. Surrounded by restaurants and stores. I cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend this hotel. I will be returning for sure! Gabi and Rafa at front desk and Nilcy at the bar were particularly kind! Thank you for the most amazing time!

Paid for double superior room and got a small classic room, didn’t realize they did this until the last day when I went to my friends room who was staying on the same floor. Bait and switch. Will never stay or recommend this place. The checkout was super ackward because they lied and said some rooms are bigger. Room 805 is a classic and not superior. I got no wine they brought champagne which I asked to change to chocolate and they returned with a small bar of chocolate not even a bottle. . If I can give below zero stars I would.

Not able provide the booked suite, on check in time. Some excuses provided. smaller accommodation not big enough for family. Only able check for booked suite at 8:00 PM. It very very short visit to Barcelona for 2 night accommodation, lost half day shifting rooms multiple times. Which we could have use to explore the Barcelona city itself. Poor amenities for 4 star hotel. No toothpaste, brush , bath slippers. Reported on reception on following day, advised not to report on reception instead advised to make phone call.
