Welcome to this bright and fully refurbished studio near Plaza España,
perfect for up to 4 guests! With 27 m² of cozy and functional space,
this apartment is ideal for couples, friends, or small families
exploring Barcelona.

The studio features two single beds and a sofa bed, along with a modern
bathroom with shower. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy and
enjoyable, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave,
toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all the necessary
kitchen utensils.

The sleeping area is comfortable year-round with split air conditioning
and a heat pump, ensuring a perfect temperature no matter the season.

⚠️ To access the flat, you need to climb 6 steps, but the building does
have a lift.

A charming, well-located spot to enjoy Barcelona with comfort and
style!

Please note the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

-Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is
prohibited smoking in the apartment.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
guest.
