This apartment is located in one of the most fashionable areas of
Barcelona, Avinguda Parallel, where you can find everything around the
corner, fantastic kitchens, theaters and shopping areas.

It can accommodate up to 4 people and is fully equipped for everything
you need during your stay. It is also recommended for families, not
groups of young people.

The accommodation

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people. It is fully
equipped and has 50 m². The accommodation is equipped with the
following things: elevator, iron, shared internet (wifi), hair dryer,
balcony, central heating, air conditioned in the whole house, 1
television. In the vitroceramic independent kitchen, refrigerator,
microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, coffee
machine, toaster and kettle are provided.

The building has elevator.

The house is located 60 m from the bus stop, 180 m from Poble Sec metro
station (l3), 600 m from Arenas shopping center, 2 km from Sants
Estacio train station, 4 km from Barceloneta beach, 14 km from El Prat
airport. The house is located in the city center.

Important Notice: From January 12th to 30th, 2026, renovation work will
take place in the building’s entrance hall. There may be occasional
noise or disturbance during the daytime. Access to the apartment will
remain available at all times.

At the moment the building next door is undertaking some works so
during the day you may heard some noise

• Smoking is strictly forbidden. Any evidence of smoking will result in
immediate eviction and a fine of at least €400.

• No parties or gatherings allowed. If police or neighbors intervene, a
€500 fine will apply.

Guest Interaction

Check-in is done in person. The check-in agent’s contact will be shared
a few days before arrival to coordinate the meeting time.

An online registration link will automatically appear in the Airbnb
chat 4 days before arrival.

Tourist tax is not included in the booking price. It can be paid upon
arrival by card or in cash.

Check-out/self-checkout is at 11:00. Both sets of keys must be left
inside the apartment, on the living room table.
