"The room was clean. The front desk was not regularly staffed - had to call to get someone to come to the front desk per the sign taped to the desk - just didn't feel like a hospitality industry norm and very transactional (here is your room, gives us the money, go our seperate ways). We didn't see the staff the duration of our stay. The hotel has a LOT of security cameras throughout the public spaces. The hot tub had no air-jets and was WARM but not hot. The pool bathroom was out of service so patrons were instructed to walk back to their hotel room to use the restroom. Continental breakfast was...continental breakfast - waffles, apples, breads, burnt church coffee."
