Check in was very pleasant, the young man who checked us in, was very nice and informative. The room was very clean. The thermostat was easy to understand and control. The pool was nice, it was at a good temperature. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work. ( hasn’t for 2 years)

Pillows are flat, heat in room takes forever to warm up and we were second floor. Front desk staff didn’t stay at front desk has to ring a ring door bell. No elevator. No jets in the hot tub. Concrete in the pool/hot tub area cracking and falling apart.
