They charged my card $60.00 when I checked in. They said it would be refunded in a few days. The manager was not there and the person who checked me in really did not know what to do. He said he could not find the manager who was supposed to be at the desk

The hotel was changed hands recently and the hotel is short of staff and the only staff on duty was Anthony. He was very helpful and switched our room at my request (we preferred a room on second floor). Also I asked if he can give us an extra blanket, he took a warm blanket out of laundry room and gave it to us right away. I am very happy with his service.

I was disappointed I rented a room again. There were pubic hairs and head hairs in the tub, never had hot water in the sink. Saturday morning I went down for breakfast, three pieces of white bread in a clear container and one packet of instant coffee. Then on Sunday, my guests went swimming, and there was hair and stuff in the pool water and the slime underneath the lip of the pool water was falling into the water. It was a very unpleasant experience and if I could give it a -10, I would. I will never stay there again!!

Our whole experience was bad here that we didn't even stay. First when you walk into the place the front desk person is behind glass and they were dress in an old t-shirt. Then our key didn't work (on an outside door)so I had to get another one. This key didn't work either. The front desk person went in from the hall door. The outside door was deadbolted. When opening the door you had to push on it with your body because the old paint made the door stick. When we got in the place smelled of mold, the front glass window was cracked, the sheets were stained yellow and their was black mold or coloring on the pillow. When I went to the front desk to complain the person was no where to be found. I even dinged the front desk bell. I think he went to bed. We left and went to a different hotel a half hour away. Also the continental breakfast area looked disgusting.

Exterior is run down with no signs. We thought it was closed. Check in was ok, but the lobby and hallways smelled stale and old. Our room smelled even worst, like pet urine making it hard to breath. We went back to the front desk, explained the room was unexceptible gave our room keys back and left. We were unable to find lodging in the area and ended up driving home cutting our weekend short. Exstreamly disappointing

This is property is in a good location and of course the price was good however, poorly maintained. Floor was spongy around toilet, pillow cases stained and fabric quite thin and stained. Some cleaning issues around balcony door, screen in disrepair. Security deposit required, posted to our credit card. It was removed. Never have we had that. Would we stay there again? No.

I can’t believe they charge money for this place. It was filthy and smelled like mold. The back door is held up with a door jam and no lock. It didn’t feel safe at all, especially with little kids. Terrible place and owners and Expedia should be ashamed of themselves.

Nothing special but staff was friendly for being so busy. Pool is HUGE! Sauna and pool being open at 6am was a plus. Room had microwave, fridge and large patio doors. Not a lot of options in this area.

Don't stay here!

No coffee pots in any rooms & coffee maker did not work in lobby. They were too cheap to go get a coffee maker at Walmart, so I went & bought my own. Ridiculous! Was stuck there because all other hotels were booked solid. Never again! Don't stay there. This hotel will make a nice parking lot someday.
