This was our first time to puerto vallarta. We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were all professional and courteous. I will definitely recommend this resort and plan to come back.

The room and staff were excellent but the food and beverage options were less than expected. It’s a very quiet resort. I’ve never been to a resort in Mexico, where you can’t have drinks in the pool.

The staff were phenomenal hard working people with a great attitude. The minor problems we had such as a remote control not working were addressed immediately. If I had any issue I might say the main buffet wasn't open after five quite a few days. That said there were many good food options including 24 hour a day room service.

The pools were great, the pool waiters service was excellent. The restaurant service was not so great. We were a group of ten and when we would go for dinner, half of us would receive our dinner and the other half would be waiting until almost the first half. We’re finished their dinner. We found that the timing of Nails’s arriving was poor.

Our stay was great! Food was all good, but the the best part was the staff. Always welcoming, friendly and smiley. Leo tue bartender is amazing! Never forgets a name, or a drink, and always happy! Probably the best bartender i have come across.
