"What an amazing time!! Iz was very responsive in the booking process. We got all the information we needed. The driver met us at the airport even after catching an earlier flight. The accommodations were comfortable with wonderful a/c. The place was clean and welcoming. The wifi was fast enough to stream a movie at night. But, most nights we hung out at the bar and had amazing dinners or sat in the hammock on the dock under the stars. The family helping Iz were so helpful and fun. David ran the tours and is such a professional. Oscar and David ensured we caught fish, snorkeled, spearfished or conched to our hearts delight. Don’t sweat the sea grass. The secluded location and friendly staff more than make up for it. If you want true beach time, take the golf cart to Secret beach for a day. We had an unforgettable vacation and appreciate everyone there who helped make it happen."

"The property was pretty much as shown, other than the unfortunate sargassum on the beach. However, this is ALL of the Caribbean issue and the staff males up for it. They truly make you feel at home - and the food!!! We originally planned to make our own, but after the first two meals, we just ate at the bar! Location also made it so that I did not have to worry about students participating and getting in trouble (or lost) in another country. It was also a good location to use to teach some ecology and global impact studies. Overall, I plan to use the location again if I can."

"Two of us stayed in this spot right over the water. Waking up to the breeze and letting the sun in through lots of windows was my favorite. We arrived late and the staff still took care of us. Got us settled in, made us drinks and dinner. The flushing toilets are a bit of a walk but it never ended up being an issue for us. The space was cozy, private, and comfy. Bring your own water and snacks. We felt very welcomed."

"Terri and the crew were extremely helpful with planning everything from the golf cart rental to the boat day trip. She was very accommodating and had the best recommendations on places to eat and what beaches to visit. The villa was perfect for 5 of us and had an amazing view with a private dock. It was a perfect location, as it was relatively close to secret beach and tranquility beach and secluded from the busy town. I definitely recommend staying with them if you are visiting San Pedro! Thank you for everything!"
