This property was so much fun and was very pretty! You only had to walk out side to the doc to do fun things like snorkeling, scuba diving, or shopping. It feels secluded but it's right in town and there are tons of fun shops and so many awesome places to eat, but the food there is awesome too. Will definitely be coming back with our kids!

The photos of the Jungle Deluxe King on Expedia, and their website, shows a different room with a vaulted straw and grass type ceiling…when I pointed this out to staff they just said that’s not what you booked and refused to move us. They also need to emphasize there are no TVs in the rooms…

A beautiful resort with personality. It's certainly NOT like staying in your typical hotel near a beach! It was cooler at Ramon's because of the tropical layout, and the room was unique. It was peaceful and relaxing, and I LOVED that there was no TV in the room and that everyone went everywhere in golf carts. The staff was friendly and efficient, and you can walk to a variety of shops. I was with a group of divers and they had nothing but praise for the dive shop there. All in all, it's a GREAT place to stay!

Stayed in one of the beachfront rooms which was worth the extra money. Room was not fancy but clean with great a/c and a comfortable bed. September is the rainy season but it didn’t spoil any of the activities we did…just a little cloudy with rain at night and some showers here and there. We booked all of our excursions through Ramon’s and they are on top of their game and very organized!! And the pool and food were great too. Highly recommend!
