The room was OK. But I got hit in the head by a beach umbrella that came dislodged from the base after a strong wind came out of nowhere and blew the umbrella up and out. It was painful and gave me whiplash. A worker was already out there at the time didn’t act like it was a big deal and got the umbrella. Put it back in the stand. He did not say anything to management. shortly later, I went to the room because I was in pain wanted to get some Advil and I saw a maid that was coming into my room to change the linens, etc. she clearly could tell I was upset and went to the manager. The manager didn’t seem that he cared too much and the next day brought me a bottle of wine when he realized that I really hadn’t been doing much but staying in my room And I was clearly not happy. I would never stay there again.

Hotel is within walking distance to San Pedro, grocery stores, water taxi, restaurants. Room was clean and very comfortable. Loved my ocean view. Staff is lovely and very helpful.

The room was very clean and spacious for a hotel room. We could walk to the pool or beach in about a minute, with many restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. The hotel also offers great amenities like a spa, restaurant and golf cart rentals, plus the concierge can set up tours for guests. The room has a coffee maker, small fridge and some silverwear and glasses, which were helpful. It was quiet and felt private.

Decently sized room with good bedding, but an overall older looking hotel. There is a nearby dock that you can get picked up at for Tours. The concierge was also helpful.

The room was great. Breakfast was non existent. With more than 4 people there they had to move the order tome out to 45 min. The concierge was very limited in knowledge. Was not helpful for finding stuff. They have no food from 11am 6pm. Their resturaunt fills up quick. So if you don't have reservations, your on your own. They do not tell you about other great resturaunts within walking distance.
