You will not believe the new, fully renovated Easy Breezy!! The transformation is stunning. Easy Breezy is a sound-front paradise for windsurfing, kiteboarding, fishing, and surfing where you'll enjoy some of the best riding and fishing conditions on the East Coast. Child- and dog-friendly, Easy Breezy is a picturesque and affordable waterfront spot for the whole family. The renovated home now features a magnificent Great room and entertainment center with huge picture windows offering panoramic view of the Pamlico Sound just a few feet away. The dock and the waterfront sidewalk are great places to launch windsurfing and kiteboarding adventures, tie up a boat or wave runner, fish, and just relax and enjoy waterfront living.

On the ground level are a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, and board storage racks. The Great room features a 75-inch smart TV, and electric fireplace and opens to a beautiful deck with a six-person hot tub and incredible sound views. The kitchen features all-new appliances and a beautiful (huge) island gathering spot. The first and second bedrooms have new smart TVs and are convenient to a bathroom and laundry facilities. The master bedroom also features a new smart TV, an electric fireplace, private bath, and the incredible view of the sound.
