Upstairs on level two, Ourtanfannies has a great room with a wooden cathedral ceiling rising to a large skylight. Living area has wonderful natural lighting with an open floor area. Location was great…furniture was HORRIBLE! You have no integrity! You ask for a great deal of money for rotten bed mattresses…springs poking out of rotten sofas…clogged drains…laminate floor peeling! What reason do the people from VACASA back you? Had to have exterminators day 3…bugs still dying as we left…my sister left day 2!

location and pool were positives. house was dirty and smelled horrible, much worse than any other pet rental we've stayed in. cockroaches were in the house. cable was cut after week 1 and nobody came to turn back on, so only 1 tv in the house worked for the 2nd week. maintenance man said it was likely due to owners non-payment of the bill. we made the best of our 2 weeks, but will not be renting this house again. we plan to rent through owners next summer.

Our Stay

Homeowner needs to do some housekeeping. Living room furniture needs to be upgraded for comfort; large couch had a distinct odor. Also, pest control for the cockroaches inside and out needs attention. We loved the location but would never stay on this property again for the price!

Vacation - uninvited ants...many, many ants.....

I had read a review about ants and I thought that was taken care of. It was not there were ants everywhere in the kitchen, just gross. We didn't leave any food out and even found an ant crawling on my grandson. The house needs the ceiling fans cleaned for as much as you pay in fees for cleaning I would expect that I would be able to turn on the fans but no go they looked so dirty, I didn't want that dust and whatnot falling down on us.. Besides the ants and the few dirty items that house was nice, good location, the pool was nice.

Great location, maybe 50 yards from the beach.

Overall good beach house. Lots of stairs! 50 yards max from the beach. We did get ants on the kitchen counter, so that was a bummer. Two levels to the house. Both have independent hvac. I put the air on, on the sleeping level. An hour later it was 82 in the house, the heat was on!

Close to the beach

Our group of 7 stayed here for a week in August. It was a nice house close to the beach in need of a few repairs. First off the house didn't seem as clean as it should be upon check in. We needed to wipe down all bathrooms and the kitchen counters and the floor needed swept. The downstairs bathroom shower curtain is moldy and needs replaced. Thr furniture in the living room is old and uncomfortable. The grill is a 2 person table top grill, in a house that accommodates 8 people. The grill should be replaced with a gas grill or at least accurately described in rental info. There was an umbrella stand by the pool but no umbrella. Aside from those issues the location is a short few minute walk to the beach, and a few restaurant and shops. I would recommend this house to someone who wants ocean views and a short walk to the beach but doesn't mind a house in need of some TLC. House name is Our tan fannies
