One is ready for twilight dining with a large picnic table, while the other beckons you to relax in its bubbly hot tub. Furnished decks will provide great places to relax and catch some magnificent views of the ocean, sound, and Avon Pier!

Comfortable furnishings complement a delightful third-level great room, along with outstanding ocean views. Additional great views can be seen from the fourth-level sitting area. Plenty of entertainment options are on hand with a first-level media room with TV and four other TVs, two VCRs, five DVD players, a stereo/CD player, and PlayStation 2 and 3. You'll also find a basketball hoop outside for shooting some hoops. Two main bedrooms and three additional bedrooms provide the perfect place to take a quick nap and recharge your batteries.

Stroll to the beach on the boardwalk adjacent to the house. Enjoy the 11' x 27' private pool with poolside furniture and its convenient poolside bathroom. Family Vacation

The location and layout of house was wonderful. The bedrooms were as listed and beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and great to use. Access to the beach was wonderful and so close! The online exterior pictures need to be updated. Our main complaint is that two of the stove burners did not work and I contacted the management three times to ask for a repair and also saw that in a previous review 2022 this was an issue as well. This was not fixed during our stay.

Great seaside vacation spot!

My family and I spent a week at Patti's Place. This was an amazing week of fun and sun. The house was warm and welcoming and clean throughout. It was very spacious and had a lot of additional details we were not expecting in the kitchen like crockpots and a blender. The location was beautiful with just steps to the beach. The hot tub and heated pool were a great escape when we just wanted to spend some private home lounging time.

Great vacation at Patti's Place

Location was amazing, right on the beach and next door to the public beach access which meant a nice wooden boardwalk to easily get on and off the beach. The house was well furnished with plenty of room and seating for our entire group to hang out together either inside or outside on the upper deck and to have family style meals together at the large dining table. We will definitely stay here again.
