The rooms are smaller than they look in the photos. The master bedroom has a water closet and sink but no shower. There is only one bath with a shower and it is small. We were prompted to use the dishwasher but there was no dishwasher. The APP in my opinion is useless and phone numbers that are local and not 800s are difficult to find. The people at the local office were very helpful but they are not 24/7.

House was easy to get to and in a quiet area close to grocery store. Everything needed was included…sheets, towels, kitchen appliances and cookware. I did miss not having a dishwasher but they did supply us with dish detergent. The home was very cute and perfect for my family. It could use a little updating but overall, it was great. I’d recommend for smaller parties.

Great location....close to beach

The house was comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out. The house was as advertised, 3rd lot from beach. Supermarket, shops and restaurants close by. Make sure to bring your beach accessories.

The house was relatively clean, a little outdated but overall very cozy. Perfect for my family of 3 . The extra hour drive to Avon was well worth the location of the house and family like feel. The beach access was amazing, from the driveway to the water was less than a five minute walk! Everything we needed or wanted to do was less than 2 miles away. We will definitely stay here again!

The email I received and the placard on site had conflicting information about what to do before leaving house. I am the youngest (68) of my four sisters. We all have back issues, and, on the placard, it stated we need to sweep or vacuum the floor; I called the company and they said that we needed to take care of the floor. None of us even do that at home because of back issues. We had a good stay, until one of my sisters saw the placard. The house does need a deep cleaning, and some overall maintenance. Shades were broken, spider webs, one of the numbers missing on the house address on the outside of the house. Just to name a few things.

Nice little house very well located close to the beach and close to shops. But the housekeeping could have been better. Few things didn’t work and were not fixed during our stay.

Special spot near the ocean

We were so delighted to find this special place in Avon. The property has a nice layout and great access to the beach. The interior has the comfortable feel of many happy times spent here by the owners. I loved sitting out on the porch and listening to the waves. The beach was lovely, but please note that there are plenty of four wheel dive vehicles on this section. We will definitely want to come back to this quiet neighborhood!
