Aah View lives up to its name with expansive, oceanfront views from the top-level great room, the serene observation tower, and the deck, where you can relax and soak in blue ocean hues.
At Aah View, you'll find plenty of breezy beach features combined with practical amenities. All of the bedrooms offer deck access, and two primary bedrooms have jetted tubs for long, post-beach soaks. You'll be treated to multiple levels of deck space, with a tower on the top floor offering comfortable furnishings, gorgeous sunset views, and a wet bar with a refrigerator.
The great room features 360-degree views, while the living area has a large TV (one of four in the house) and a Blu-ray player. There are also two DVD players, a stereo/CD player, and free high-speed WiFi. You'll have access to a lockable storage area, a grill, and compressed air for 4WD vehicles.
This Avon home has plenty of amenities to be sure, but the star attraction is the top-of-the-world ocean view. If your family treasures easy beach access and plenty of oceanfront deck space, Aah View will truly be a breath of fresh air.

Great Location But Dated Interior
The newer exterior improvements were appreciated. Our family fit well and the location couldn't have been better. The kitchen had most everything we needed to cook and the appliances, with the exception of the blender, all worked well.However much of the interior was dated including the bathrooms, bedroom furniture (mold backside of drawers in second master) and kitchen cabinets. The carpet was well traveled (understandably due to pets). Consider updating furniture throughout the property and either deep clean the carpets or replace with something more durable.This house is due for a thorough cleaning to include mold removal, dusting lamps and pictures and brush/vacuuming the interior wood walls. In closing; the house provided our family with a well deserved vacation. The location was amazing with breathtaking 360 views from the crows nest. Despite the deficiencies we would consider renting this property again for our family and friends.

Fun Family Beach Vacation
The place is great for a multi-generational family. Beach access was great. Lots of space for gathering and for privacy. Spectacular decks on every level are worth mentioning. The cleaning service was very good but regular house maintenance was wanting. Bathtubs old hot tubs were essentially not usable. The outdoor space was not well maintained nor was the outdoor shower. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances appear to have been updated recently. The pool community pool that was advertised has not been available since 2022.

Not worth what they're charging
We booked this because there was access to the HOA pool. However there was a sign that said closed for the 2022 season and there was broken glass all around the pool. We rented this specifically because of the pool and the fact that it's being closed the entire season is misleading and it should have been updated. Additionally the internet was off and on and I tried to reach the management company who was just god-awful no responses to messages left worth about half what they have listed for and they should take the pool off it cuz it was very misleading

Fall getaway
Perfect clean house for a mini getaway. Cozy rooms, loved the great room upstairs , close to the Avon pier and food store. Would definitely stay here again!
