Room 102 had a glass door onto the balcony, and there was no curtain to pull over it. This meant no privacy in the lounge, particularly at night, as well as very bright outside lights flooding the lounge with light all night.

The front desk staff is only up front from 8am-5pm and even then rarely. I had to ask for our trash to be removed 3 days in a row before anyone got to it. The mattress on the twin frame was too small for the frame so it sank constantly. There was glass box in the bed frame that fell out and shattered on my husband while he was sleeping. The front desk was wholly unconcerned about shattered glass in HIS BED!
