Welcome to our massive one bedroom executive apartment located right down the road from the Sky Tower! You can't find a better location than this, and you will have all the city amenities within a short walk from the apartment.



Here at Zodiak Stays, we have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

The master bedroom has an enormous Super King bed and features a lovely desk perfect for getting some work done.



The main room of the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table with four chairs. There is a great view of the ocean out of the apartment as well!



There is a washing machine/dryer in the kitchen.

Access to building facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, and sauna is subject to building management policies and availability. These facilities may occasionally be closed due to maintenance or management decisions beyond our control, and we may not always receive prior notice. We appreciate your understanding



Potential Noise: The building’s Pool Lift is undergoing modernisation from 3 August 2026 until approximately December 2026. During this time, guests can still access the outdoor pool via the Hotel Lobby Lift to Level 4, then follow the signage to the pool area. Construction noise may be heard during business hours while the works are underway. After this, the Service Lift upgrade is expected to continue into the first quarter of 2027.



Please be advised that the Sauna at the Tower wing will be temporarily out of operation from 31 August 2026 to allow for essential maintenance works. The maintenance is expected to take approximately 2 weeks, during which time the sauna will remain closed and unavailable for use. We will notify residents once the works have been completed and ready to reopen.
