The room was spotless and spacious. Amenities in the small kitchenette were great. Staff were very pleasant, courteous and professional, and willing to help. The location is spot on in the heart of everything you want to do and see in Auckland. If we ever return, Adina Citylife Auckland will be top priority.

Spent 6 nights. I was upgraded to one bedroom apartment. Thanks for that. very clean apartment. Staff were very courteous and helpful, Great amenities. Great Shopping on Queen St. just steps away. Woolworth supermarket, just round the corner on the Victoria St. This hotel is really great and a lot of information on Expedia like cash deposit required upon check in is wrong. Yes they swipe your credit card as most hotels do for security. Also, the hotel has several elevators. No breakfast provided but there is a coffee club round the corner that serves breakfast until I believe 3pm. Besides there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Everything is within walking distance. I had a fantastic view of the Sky tower from my apartment. I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Hostel was perfectly located to town and that convenience earned it high marks. The staff was friendly and valet parking convenient. The two bedroom suite was beautiful. We loved the layout and spacing out the suite. Wish we could have stayed longer.
