The room was in bad shape. Some of the furniture needed to be replaced. The wall mirror was missing. There weren’t enough towels. The room had an unpleasant musty smell. We had problems with the commode and after nobody came to fix it we had to request a plunger and fix it ourselves.

Broken elevator, frayed carpets

The carpets are filthy and frayed, the bathroom fixtures are loose, there was no second roll of toilet paper and most awful of all for my elderly mother: the elevator broke and she had to maneuver her walker from our room on the second floor. We paid a lot for a most unsatisfactory night.
