Booked room for 5, plus 2 dogs. Was given room for 4 and upcharged $50 for dogs. Had to get 2nd room as not enough beds. Being in a hurry in the middle of the night, I didn't change the date on expedia for the 2nd room. I booked for the wrong night and had to eat that money as Expedia offers no refund nor did the hotel. The night I booked in error was 2 weeks away and I canceled it within 15 minutes of booking it. Still no chance for refund. The hotel receptionist said he "didn't notice we had booked for 5 people" when he gave us a room that slept four. Would not recommend expedia or this hotel.

Hotel seemed very recently remodeled. Very clean and modernly appointed. Plenty of plugs. Decor was thought out— plugs, bathroom with sink separate, blinds new and designed well for privacy, good breakfast. All clean and staff cordial and responsive.

I booked a pet friendly room and was charged extra for this room. When I checked out, they charged me more fees for cleaning a pet room. I expected the higher rate room to cover those extra "fees". I had a small dog that doesn't shed that didn't make any mess in the room and had to pay extra for the room plus extra cleaning fee for them to clean nothing. I don't like extra fees at time of checkout and prefer to have all expenses included in the room. There was a group of men standing outside the window drinking and bein noisy.
