We are renting Sunday - Sunday for the months of July & Aug.

Welcome to the quiet Southern end of Ocean City with 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms and a street level cabana area. This second floor condo has everything you need to be your home away from home. We have a fully stocked kitchen which has This fabulous location has only one street to cross to be on the beach. This spacious property plenty of outside living areas with 3 decks, including a roof top deck. This charming condo offers a full size washing machine, dryer, AC, WiFi, and heating for your convenience. With 2 bathrooms, and a cabana/shower area on the street level, to rinse off and store beach equipment. This phenomenal property provides all the essentials for a fabulous stay.
We are a pet friendly house for those who want to enjoy their vacation with their fur babies.
We have off street parking for 2 vehicles and meter free parking out front.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

Beautiful condo in great location, just unpack and relax. We loved the very easy stroll to the beach and the variety of eateries we could walk to in a minute. Delicious fresh seafood. Yummy bakery items. We really appreciated not having to pack beach chairs and having a storage area for them on ground floor. So nice to have private parking and outdoor decks. Watching fireworks on roof top deck was spectacular. It was a perfect getaway for our family. Thank you!

Good house, great location, very friendly mngr. Over all very good stay. Would have really liked a grill. Primary bathroom sink super tiny! Also, house rugs could use a good cleaning. Fun stay.

Baby’s first beach weekend

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the beach with our eight month old daughter, our parents, and six-year-old nephew. The location was perfect. The beach was in walking distance as well as an ice cream spot and a playground! The beach chairs, wagon, and other beach toys were a great surprise!

We enjoyed our stay. House was clean. The kitchen was very well appointed with things needed to cook and clean up. Beach chairs and accessories were nice. We had a minor issue that the owner promptly dealt with. Would stay again.
