Two additional storage rooms have cots available. Bedroom 1: King bed, sleeps 2 (wide-screen TV) Bedroom 2: Bunk bed / kids room, sleeps 2 Bedroom 3: Queen bed, sleeps 2 Extra room: two portable cots, ideal for children Living room: Small, folding futon (sleeps 1 adult or two children) ***GUEST MUST BRING LINENS: - bedsheets and pillow cases (see above bedding to select sizes) - shower and beach towels Eight beach tags included! Spacious side yard (rare on this island!), with a propane grill and plenty of seating for family gatherings.
