The entire hotel is under construction. The spa, gym, and restaurant are closed. When I voiced my concerns to management they said “too bad, I can refund you and you can leave” very unprofessional. It IS NOT CLEARLY STATED in the description. So if you plan on using the amenities you’re out of luck. I never leave reviews, but this was a ripoff. I could have stayed at a cheaper hotel with no amenities. You can’t check in until 4pm so by the time we found out it was too late to book somewhere else. Wish I could get a refund!

The room was nice as were receptionists, but I hate that I wasn’t able to use the spa, which was a large part of my reason for booking, due to construction. Also, it was very annoying to be woken up to hammering, drilling, and nails falling at 8am on what was supposed to be a relaxing stay.

It was a completely different hotel from what’s showed online . Dirty . People hanging inside and out loud smoking weed etc. the room wasn’t up to par and really feel over priced. Room wasn’t anything like on the pictures and to top it someone decided to break my window breaking into my 2025 Tahoe . Entire weekend was horrible the moment I checked in . Rooms smell like weed.
