The staff was absolutely amazing! Their customer service is top notch! Wendy and Devon at the front desk are so sweet and accommodating! The rooms are spacious and clean. They come in daily to clean your room, they have a Starbucks and a snack area with microwaves that’s 24 hrs which is very convenient when you get in late. The only negative I have has nothing to really do with the staff-the valet is outsourced to another company and the valet guy disappeared for over 20 minutes one’s day and he checked our car out according to the valet app/site. He came strutting out of the hotel with zero explanation. They did refund part of our valet charges tho… their app/site doesn’t ever work properly tho. Also unfortunately there was an overwhelming weed smell on our floor during the entire stay which wouldn’t bother us normally but we had our 12 year old with us but the staff can’t do much about that I would assume. Anyway 10/10 stars! We will definitely stay here again next year for the pride fest! Thank you Devon for helping us out so much and for just being awesome, it was so much appreciated!!!
