I was not aware that smoking was allowed in the building. While the room we stayed in was smoke free, staff were smoking in the office/lobby. We had to get our own towels, as there were none in the room. The TV was on as we arrived but no remote to be found, so we wound up unplugging it. The mattresses were NASTY. If we weren't in such a bind/time crunch, we would have left and found another place to stay.
