Enclosed garden of 800 m² (south/east facing). Closed garage.
Ground floor: large and bright living room with open fitted kitchen, utility room, 1 bedroom with private shower room (140x190 bed) and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with small sea view (1: 2 90x190 beds, 2 and 3: 140x190 bed), bathroom (shower + bathtub), water point on the landing and separate toilet.
Additional equipment: cot/baby chair, WiFi access.
