We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable—everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The property itself is beautiful, spotless, and so cozy. It felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully maintained, and it really shows. We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)

Misleading description

Beautiful inn, lovely location - but no breakfast! When I inquired at the front desk, the woman on duty was rather rude: she told me that I was the only guest not part of a conference, and therefore there wouldn't be breakfast for me. When I commented that continental breakfast was advertised, she said that she "supposed" that she could get me a bagel...if I really wanted. Needless to say, I was not amused.

This lodge-like property is on a beautiful reservoir and features a continental breakfast with the chance to sit outside and enjoy nature. Our check-in experience was not great, but the manager Amy stepped up to address our concerns and turned around the experience. Strongly recommend as an alternative to generic hotels.

Very quiet, tucked away spot. The inn is perhaps a bit dated but lovely and comfortable and would be even nicer in the summer, vs February! It’s right on a lake and very wooded. Service was excellent, decent complimentary continental breakfast. Recommended.

There is no beach or a beach present. All wooded area, terrible landscape work also. location is in isolated area, back woods and hard to find. No signs to direct to motel, and had to call for someone to follow us to motel area. Price of this place was not worth the visit. very poor breakfast, price of room not worth the stay. Only area looking nice was lobby as shown, of the center itself for previous conventions, etc. Motel was complete opposite...................
