The property, arranged over two floors, consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A cot is also available on request. The villa features a private outdoor space with a garden, covered veranda, and barbecue.
You can enjoy a shared swimming pool adjacent to the villa, ideal for relaxing on warmer days. The pool area and tennis court border the villa’s garden and are for the exclusive use of the residential complex.
