We paid over $4000 for our room and it was gorgeous. However the service in this hotel is way below the bar for the price range and the cliente it targets. With the execption of 1-2 stff member hardly anyone is fluent in English so it is very frustrating to communicate any allergies or speical needs. The staff has the fake smile and pilteness in their face but they act like they are forcing themselves ot smial at you. We had very seirous issues iwth gluten allergies. The first day we ordered our breakfats with a senior member the ngiht before and teh chef decided ot deliver fried eggs instead. he just said he changed his min d about gluten free pancakes. the second dya we could hear the staf complaining about us among themsleves for our allergies and requests. also make sure you announce yourself several times bf going into the office. i did a few times before i checked us out and i was not expected.
