In a residence surrounded by green vegetation, Casa Cala Ginepri N 3 is situated in a quiet, idyllic location just a few metres from the sandy beach. The two-storey holiday home has one bedroom on the ground floor (with the option of a single bed for a 3rd person) as well as one bathroom, and on the upper floor you will find a living room with a sofa bed and a functionally-equipped kitchenette as well as another bathroom. The house can therefore accommodate a total of 5 people. All rooms are decorated with maritime details and provide for an inviting atmosphere! Amenities also include a television. Outside you will find a garden shared with the residents of the other holiday homes and a private terrace. Prepare tasty meals for a barbecue and enjoy them with a glass of wine! Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are in the centre of Arzachena, which is 11 km away (13 minutes by car).
