Huge Disappointment – Poor Communication & Missing

We traveled as a family of four (my wife and our two grown sons) and were extremely disappointed with this stay. Communication with the representative, Marco Soddu from Happy Rentals, was almost nonexistent. Apart from sending the check-in instructions, he completely disappeared — none of my follow-up questions during our four-day stay were answered. The apartment itself lacked the most basic amenities and essentials. There was only one bath towel and one pillow per person, no extra bed sheets or covers, and not even basic kitchen supplies — no spoons, only old knives and forks, no iron or ironing board, no detergents, and no bathroom amenities. It felt like checking into an empty shell. To make matters worse, the nearest supermarket is about a 20-minute drive away, which made it very inconvenient. Parking was another frustration: the space is extremely tight, and if the adjacent spots are occupied, it’s nearly impossible to get in or out of the car. Overall, the lack of communication and the poor condition of the apartment made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.
