Enjoy this modern, luxurious oceanfront 4 bedroom condo with the sound of crashing waves in the background. In the evening, watch the sunset with a glass of wine (or two) around the cozy, propane-fire coffee table. The place is quiet and private, with incredible views, perfect for fun in the sun in the spring, summer and fall as well as cozy romantic storm-watching during the winter. Our condo recently underwent a major renovation - every wall, floor, and ceiling was touched. The designer and architect paid very close attention to detail to provide even the smallest creature comforts. The designer furnished the home with furniture from around the world to provide a light and airy feel. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, spending time in this home will refresh your mind, body, and soul. At the same time, it is so rare to have this high quality of home so close to the beach. The beach is short, 1/2 block from the condo.
The house is set up best for 6 adults in the main bedrooms and up to 6 of their children in the bunk room. The triple bunks are very tight squeeze, and we only recommend adults sleep on the bottom bunks. Therefore we only allow a maximum of 8 adults total, (with 2 adults sleeping in the bunk room).
You might consider being here for any of the festivals and events in the greater Monterey Bay area such as the Pebble Beach Pro Am and Concours d’Elegance in Carmel - just a 45 min drive away.
