"We had a fabulous time! The pool and hot tub were perfect. The basketball hoop was a fun bonus in the pool area. A walk to bean point beach was on point! All of the beach amenities were provided from the house with a cart. Sunsets on the roof deck, golf carts we rented, shopping,etc. Loved it all! We'll be back."

"The porpertys location is perfect. The beach is a short walk with many beach access roads on the way. We usually went through the beach access roads because it was always quiet with very few people. Convenience store and ice cream shops about 5 minutes away. The pool was clean and warm. They came and cleaned it twice. Only issue we had was on the last day one of the alarms on the window came off and kept beeping. We notified the property management and it wasnt a big deal. Beds were comfortable and clean. They had dish washer pods, laundry detergent and dish soap available. Plenty of beach toys and towels at the property. Quiet neighborhood and super friendly neighbors. Property is exactly as described. Couch also pulls out into a bed. There is an outdoor shower and a grill as well. A/c worked perfect, you can have it as cold as you like in there. Laundry machines are pretty new and work like a charm. 10/10 on this place and will definitely be coming back!"

Wonderful host communications. Thoughtful inclusion of a golf cart, beach day supplies, fun pool, etc. the home is immaculately clean and the perfect amount of space to relax and enjoy the oceanfront view."

"Great Property, Perfect location! Pool and backyard are one of the nicest we’ve encountered on AMI. Walkable to every thing. Bean Point access at the end of the street. Rod & Reel Pier is very close by. Extremely well stocked. It could use a few extra bath towels (only 4 provided for 4 people). Would definitely stay again."
