Overall, this was a comfortable stay and provided good value for the price. It's clear the owners care about the property and want guests to have a positive experience. While there are a few areas that could benefit from some updating and a little extra attention to detail with cleaning, none of it took away from our ability to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed our stay here - comfortable beds and couch. As noted by others, some maintenance was needed, but it didn't get in our way. It was a great place for a few nights while exploring the area - we'd stay there again!

Close to the airport

What we liked about this rental was that it was close to the airport and many other activities and places to eat at in Anchorage. The rental was fairly clean and the property manager responded quickly to my messages.

Very convenient

My family and I stayed 5 nights there and were pretty happy with our stay. There’s only 2 minor things I would change, I would add a few more fans to the house because it does get warm in there and I would also add some outside seating.

This was a nice stay for an affordable price. There were a few minor issues; one closet door was broken, a couple windows didn't have screens, and outside could use some maintenance. Overall my family of 5 was very comfortable, the neighborhood was safe, and we were close to everything we wanted to do in Anchorage.
