The first room we were provided smelled like cigarette smoke and the bed was poorly done with bed cover that was stained. The clerk was nice enough to exchange our room without an issue. The new room smelled better but bed covers also had cigarette burns and the floor was poorly swept. We tried to watch tv but there was no remote. We found the remote had to be obtained at the office. We also had to go to the office to receive wifi password. Even after obtaining the remote there was no signal on the tv. There is no phone, coffee, or hairdryer. There is a small microwave and fridge we didnt get to use but at least it was there. In the bathroom there were a couple of poorly maintained towels. The one I almost used had a black stain that I am hoping got there from someone removing their makeup. Didn't feel comfortable enough using the towels for anything other than drying our hands or lightly pat drying after a shower. They really need to work on cleanliness and perhaps new sheets and towels.

Towels were old and dirty. Sheets were so thin and uncomfortable. Bed cover not useful to keep warm. There is no phone to call the office for service. Woke up to bedbug bites.

Room smelled like illegal drugs . Fire alarm was taken out so the can smoke the blanket was burned with cigarettes and bathroom was nasty with hairs laying every where . I will never recommend this property to no body . Super nasty rooms
