The City of Anaheim charges a 15% transient occupancy tax on all licensed short-term rentals. The nightly rate does not include TOT; your booking total does.

📹 Exterior security cameras (front yard, back yard, side yard) are on the premises for everyone's safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

🅿️ Parking: Street parking is NOT permitted at any time. You are responsible for any ticket resulting from a street parking violation. Street sweeping is Thursday afternoon.

Getting Around:

🚶 On foot: Less than a mile to Disneyland Park — an easy walk or a 3-minute ride.



🚌 Bus: OCTA Route 83 stops one block away on Ball Rd, and it is only two stops to the Disneyland Park entrance.



🚕 Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are quick and inexpensive for the parks.



🅿️ Parking: On-site parking only — street parking is not permitted at any time.

Before check-in, guests provide additional information and a photo ID for identity verification.



🚭 No Smoking



NO SMOKING inside the home, including the game room, at any time — no tobacco, no vaping, no marijuana or other drugs.



👥 Occupancy & Booking



Maximum 11 guests, including infants under 2

The daily rate covers 8 guests; $30 per guest per night beyond that

No additional visitors without host approval

Minimum booking age: 21

Minimum stay: 3 nights

We reserve the right to decline requests that would leave a 2-night gap in the calendar



🧾 Anaheim Transient Occupancy Tax



The City of Anaheim imposes a 15% TOT on all licensed short-term rentals, collected by the owner before arrival through the resolution center and submitted to the city. The nightly price does not include TOT; the total price at booking does.

📹 Security



Exterior cameras in the front, back and side yards notify us 24/7 and footage is recorded. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized parties, illegal behavior and unregistered guests.



🚫 No Commercial Activity



No commercial activities are allowed on this property.



📄 Liability



The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, or from others whom they invite to use the premises.
