4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The A/C was good, the room and bathroom were clean for the most part but the pillow had tiny stains. Also I took a shower and when I got out to dry myself I saw that the all the towels were dirty too so my wife called the front desk to ask for clean towels (from her cell phone as the room phone was plugged into nothing) she was told to go look for the cleaning lady herself.
