The room was rundown, cigarette burns on bedspread, dirty walls, fixtures, etc. But the worst was when we were getting ready to go to sleep, A BABY ROACH CRAWLING ON THE PILLOW

The room was smelling to humidity. The toilet was dirty, the sink was partially blocked, and I found cockroaches in the room. Despite staying four nights, housekeeping never cleaned the room once. The common areas were also poorly maintained and unhygienic. Human poo diarrea appeared overnight near the first-floor stairs and remained there for days. Rubbish bags were left outside the designated waste room instead of being properly disposed of. I chose to remain for all the days I had booked because I was busy assisting an elderly person who is ill, which made it difficult for me to look for alternative accommodation.

Cockroaches everywhere. They gave me room 310 first. I complained that there were lots of cockroaches. Then they moved me to 311. That also had cockroaches. So, I checked out immediately within few minutes, and I had to go to find another hotel. They did not give me their info, etc. I had to insist and get the info. I would like to escalate a complaint formally. Please advise. Thanks

As soon as I walked into the room I saw a cockroach. It smelt like chemicals and I left as soon as I got there. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Absolutely do not stay here if you value your health. There was a sign saying you had only 15 minutes to report that something is wrong with your room to get another room. We ended up having no room. Since we drove so far it was late and most places werent accepting bookings till tomorrow. It was a terrible experience please dont waste your money
The cockroach in question. I was not about to get close to that bed since it scurried under there. Who knows if there were bed bugs, mold, or more roaches because I did not even bother stepping further into that room.

The first room that was provided to us was infested with mosquitoes and big and small cockroaches. Floor, bed sheets and pillow cases were very dusty as well with hair of others and there was burnt holes in the curtains and top blankets of the bed. There is no ironing board and you will have to bring your own iron. Ended up using the table hooked to the wall. No closet and no hangers. You must bring your own too

They have me room 108 that had an insane amount of roaches!!! Crawling on the walls all over the bathroom floor went to sleep for like a hour and woke to that experience !! Customer service not great at all and when told about the matter they didn’t do anything to accommodate me !!! Never again!!! Affordable but not worth it !!!
