Reserved two rooms and both were dirty, smelled a bit like mildew, towels smelled. Both rooms had no remotes for the tvs. One was able to get one but the other not. Water puddles before stairwells. Barely any toilet paper. We had 4 kids...

This property shouldn’t even be allowed to be open. AVOID at all costs. I spent an entire 3 seconds in the room before seeing 20+ cockroaches all over the room. I left immediately, and did not stay at the hotel at all.

Mini pool at the door

It was bad there was water everywhere from air conditioner and the smell was bad the comforter on bed had cigarette Burns everywhere you could not miss them it was bad when I complained to the front desk they said they would switch my rooms the following morning and handed me towels to soak up the water and the entrance of the hotel room I have never been so horrified

Extremely rude staff member almost got in a fight with me I’ve never experienced customer service as bad as I did here. Only reason I didn’t leave is because I had my computer in the room. I’d be very happy to get my money back.
