The last time we stayed here, the ice machine was broken --- and if I recollect, that was at least 6 months to 9 months ago!
So one would expect it would be working now . . .
NOPE!
And on one of the nights during our stay --- the parking lot was full. So one would assume that with each room charging a BEN FRANKLIN and the property having around 50 rooms: that would mean about 50 grand for ONE SINGLE NIGHT!
How about buying a brand NEW ice machine!!!
The double bed room was nice and clean, but there was no table to enjoy a meal.
When we asked for a second WASH CLOTH, the maid replied, "We don't have ANY clean right now!"
REALLY . . . buy some friggin' more please!
But earlier at CHECK-IN, we have our bags right at the door and the key doesn't work!
But we see a different maid, and I show her the two key cards and the paperwork from check-in!
She looks at me and then says, "I have to check up front!"
We are tired and weary, and if she was near me I may have snapped her neck. But no, I go back to the office and told the dude of what she said.
Back at the room, I go to scan the card so I CAN SEE THE GREEN LIGHT COME ON.
The key doesn't work!
I go back to the office and the guy comes back and says this: "You have to know how to use it."
And he covers up the light to show the shift from red to green and the door opens.
Been to over a 100 hotels --- never encountered that type of door key before in my life.
More than likely, our last visit to this facility!
