Mixed experience - positives include large clean room, comfortable bed, good air-con, lots of natural light. However, multiple little things made the stay average overall - room not ready at check in time, stained towels (unable to get new ones on first day as essentials room out of stock, no staff on site after hours), limited crockery given family room, cramped kitchen space, missing parts to coffee machine and lamp, slow draining bathroom basin, very slow single elevator. Location wise - close but not convenient to cental station and city centre.

Great location and the room was perfect, enough space for all of us with an en-suite as well, shower was hot and powerful. The check in process was very easy and (although we didn’t use them) the option to leave bags in lockers was a nice touch. We had a lovely stay here!

Tommy was exactly as described. All the facilities you need, coffee machine and coffee, kettle and tea, caffeinated and herbal, milk and non dairy milk. Dishwasher and tabs. Comfy bed. Supermarket and restaurants on the doorstep. Excellent vegetarian restaurant Spirit, great pizza at the pizza project, delicious waffle at heart garden. Excellent vegan and vegetarian options so close by!

Didn’t have hot water for a day, sky lights leaked when it was raining and our studio lacked a place to sit other than the bed and a dining chair. Bathroom shower head needs to be replaced because it spews water all about the bathroom. Everything else was good.

Great stay

Great accomodation, Ideal location about 20 minutes walk to the center or the 22 bus is outside the door in and out of the city. Very comfy for 4 people with the pull out bed and bed upstairs. Fully functioning kitchen too
