The hotel is well located, I don’t see the hotel focused on families, so I’d say that’s not the best place for families for many reasons. In the duplex rooms the second floor is HOT HOT. Good breakfast.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. You can walk to all the best sites. Also has a nice grocery in the back of the building. The gym was great. We did get an early check-in. The staff were mixed. Some were great and friendly. Others never said hi. Our room was not cleaned for two days. On the second day, they finally came at 5:30 PM. Our room was dated and needed a refresh. For $600 a night at a W hotel, I expected more.
