Surrounded by nature, yet close to Amsterdam. This detached new home of 180 m² is sunny and very spacious. Large open living room with direct access to the flower-filled garden overlooking the
a Natura 2000 area. Cows, hares, pheasants, and numerous birds are visible. Lovely deck with two sun loungers right by the water’s edge. Dine outdoors under the pergola or in the sun. Nice open kitchen with a six-burner gas stove, large oven, and separate microwave. Two fireplaces for fall and winter. And even a piano. Three very spacious bedrooms, each with a large double bed. One bedroom also has an extra sleeper sofa. Private driveway with ample parking (free). A 10-minute drive from Amsterdam Central Station. Good public transportation to Noord metro station on the North/South Line. You can also reach the heart of Amsterdam by public transportation in 10 to 15 minutes. All museums are easily accessible. Just 20 minutes from Haarlem, 30 minutes from the beaches (Bloemendaal and Zandvoort—Amsterdam Beach). Watergang is close to Broek in Waterland and Ilpendam—all three are unique villages built of wood. Enjoy beautiful walks or boat trips through the polder landscape, go birdwatching, or visit the fishing villages around the Zuiderzee, such as Marken.
