Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, good value for typical tourist hotel in Amsterdam. Location is ok, between museums and the center. They rent bikes which is great if you can ride.

Overall, it was a very nice place. The rooms were not very big, but it was clean and centrally located. We got there late, but they sent us a code to check in, which made it very simple to get into our room. The only thing was that there was no elevator to the fourth floor so we had to carry our bags up a tiny stairway. But overall a great place to stay.

The location is what sold us on this hotel. Our room in the basement was very small, it did the job but it was definitely tight for 3. The AC was confusing but I think we got it to work. The elevator does not go to the basement so the stairs with the luggage was rough but the staff helped us bring it up which was very kind. Again, great location in the city and around a lot of good shops and restaurants!

Lovely room, has everything I needed and a good size too with a nice view of the canal. The staff were wonderful and even left me a gift and balloons as it was my birthday which was such a kind gesture. Nice location near vondenpark and the tram line which was handy for trips to the centre although I did walk it on occasion.

I really liked the canal view room and the location slightly outside of the central and red light district. The proximity to public transport made getting around a breeze. The nearby market was also very handy. The room was clean and comfortable.
