The hotel is in a great location to explore the museums and Heineken Square areas. After getting stuck in the elevator after check-in (reported to front desk) everything went smoothly and we had a great stay.

From the moment we walked through the door we felt like family. We stayed here last year and loved it, so when we found we were returning there was only one hotel we would even consider. It is a 3-minute walk to the museums and to the concert hall so for us that matters. Staff were excellent. The morning breakfast is fantastic.
